Refund Policy

Quality goods purchased online can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the buyer.

 

The following conditions must be observed when returning the goods:
the returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition;
the goods must be undamaged by the buyer;
the goods must be unused and in good condition (labels and protective films intact, etc.);
the returned goods must be of the same composition as when received by the buyer – gifts received in exchange for the purchase must also be returned;
when returning the goods, please enclose the invoice or a copy of it.

Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you to arrange the details of the return.

Once we have received the product and are satisfied that it is unused, we will refund your money to your account within 3 days.

 

Returns of faulty goods:
If you have received the wrong product you ordered or the product is damaged, please inform us by sending an email to info@luxurybaltichair.com  or contact us by phone+37063008841 (please specify the order number, the product you received and the one you ordered, or the damage to the product you noticed in the email).

We will pay the return shipping costs and send the item back to you
